Engineers in  Incubation

Reality check :

There is a large mismatch in aspirations of graduating engineers and their job readiness. Of the 6 lakh engineers who graduate annually, a mere 8% are employable in core industries such as mechanical, electronics/electrical and civil sectors, while another18% are employable in IT & IT enabled services, in that, just 4% are appropriately trained to be deployed on projects directly.

The low employability among engineering graduates is a cumulative outcome of education standards that emphasises only on academic excellence and lack in imparting soft skills, cognitive skills, domain skills, qualitative, quantitative and analytical skills

Never too late or impossible to learn. Our training positively transforms you.

MER PEDAGOGY's "Engineers in Incubation" is a powerful proprietry programme running parallel to regular curriculum.
